Your room is a private lockable retreat of 9,3 m² (100 ft²). It offers a comfortable queensize bed for 2 guests. Additional duvets for a warm and cozy sleep.
You have access to a shared full guest bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
A shared guest kitchen with fridge and induction cooker invites you to prepare your breakfast on your own.
A shared guest balcony (east view) and shared guest living room with oceanview completes the perfect experience.
Our guests have a separate entrance door, hall and stairs.

Due to storms in the winter time we actually only have LIMITED ACCESS to the beach. We removed the last section of the stair system to the beach. Feel free to climb down.
Other details to note:
You live in a wooden house off the grid. Nature is the source. The sun provides us with power, stored in a battery bank, and well water is available for you daily. We expect responsible and economical use.
This is one out of three guest rooms on the second floor. You share the kitchen, living room and balcony as well as the full bath.
The other two rooms ‚Mountain Green‘ and ‚Grandma’s Bedroom‘ additionally each have a private half bath.
On the third floor there is a private apartment ‚Bald Eagle’s Nest‘.

We live on the first floor.

11 Acre (4.5 hectares, 45,000 m²) wooden land and 300 feet (100 m) private beach invite to hikes.
The neighbors live close enough to help (600 feet, 200 meters – 1,500 feet, 500 meters) and far enough away to ensure privacy.
