Your place is a private 50 m² apartment at eye level with eagles. It offers a comfortable kingsize bed for 2 guests. Additional duvets for a warm and cozy sleep.
A pullout sofa bed in the living room provides enough room for 2 additional sleepers.
You have access to a full bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
A private kitchen with fridge and induction cooker invites you to prepare your breakfast on your own.
A private balcony (east view) and a private living room with oceanview completes the perfect experience.
Our guests have a separate entrance door, hall and stairs.

Due to storms in the winter time we actually only have LIMITED ACCESS to the beach. We removed the last section of the stair system to the beach. Feel free to climb down.
Other details to note:
You live in a wooden house off the grid. Nature is the source. The sun provides us with power, stored in a battery bank, and well water is available for you daily. We expect responsible and economical use.
This apartment is located on the third floor. It is totally private and doesn’t share any rooms.
There are three guest rooms on the second floor. They share the kitchen, living room and balcony as well as the full bath.
The ‚Blue Room‘ offers a queensize bed, the other two rooms ‚Mountain Green‘ with kingsize bed and ‚Grandma’s Bedroom‘ with two half queensize beds additionally each have a private half bath.

11 Acre (4.5 hectares, 45,000 m²) wooden land and 300 feet (100 m) private beach invite to hikes.
The neighbors live close enough to help (600 feet, 200 meters – 1,500 feet, 500 meters) and far enough away to ensure privacy.
